Real Estate in Poland.

Poland is one of the fastest growing countries in former Eastern Europe. We have real estate opportunities (apartments) in large cities close to the German border, such as :

  • Szczecin, the 7th largest city in the country with more than 400,000 inhabitants, a city with many Scandinavian students, located on the German border, 1.5 hours from Berlin, or ;
  • Wroclaw, 4th largest city in the country with more than 600,000 inhabitants, located 2 hours by car from the German border. Prices are generally between 1000 and 2000€ / m2, and taxation is very moderate (about 10% of gross rental income).

Real Estate in Italy.


Italy has had a declining economy for more than 10 years, but remains a major industrial and economic powerhouse. The real estate market has seen its prices fall in recent years, including in the major cities. Today, opportunities arise whether in the north, centre or south of the peninsula.

The market is more oriented towards tourism and pleasure investment than rental investment, the latter only working in the big cities.

Real estate investment in Italy generally has a strong "pleasure and beauty" side. Large cities can be suitable for rental investment, provided you buy at the right price;

Outside the big cities, the objective is generally to own a resort in sumptuous locations at a relatively much lower cost than in France. For example, an apartment located on the shores of Lake Maggiore, in the most famous places of the lake (Stresa, Baveno, Verbania Pallanza), can be negotiated 30% cheaper, for equivalent service, than on Lake Bourget.


The possibilities are numerous in terms of landscapes: sea, mountains, Tuscan hills, famous cities (Firenze, Sienna, Perugia), classified villages (San Geminiano etc...).


For a real estate investment in the south of Italy, it is important to know that the market is often less liquid, but that it is possible to find very good opportunities.

If the objective of your investment in Italy is sea, sun and gastronomy, you will certainly be interested in the sumptuous corners of Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria or Puglia.
